Calculate Your GPA
Calculate your current grade-point average:
Refer to your grade report or transcript for the following
- Total number of credit hours attempted
- Total quality points earned
Divide total quality points earned by total credit hours earned:
GPA = Total quality points earned - (minus) Total credit hours attempted
Each letter grade is assigned a point value as follows: A=4 B=3 C=2 D=1 F=0
Multiply Grade by Credit hours of class to get quality points.
Example:
