Transfer Students
Students who enter any state college or university that is a part of the "state consortium" may stay under the catalog under which they entered the consortium even though they may transfer among its member schools. For example, students who entered Arkansas State University at Jonesboro in Fall 1999, attended two full years of school and transferred to the University of Arkansas in Fall 2001 stay under the 1999-2000 Undergraduate Student Catalog at the U of A. However, because the faculty reserve the right to change graduation requirements, students should meet with their college advisers regularly to be certain that they are aware of any changes in graduation requirements that may apply to them.
